HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Each piece in the Collections is individually hand-tailored whether it is Ready-to-Wear or Made-to-Measure. For the Ready-to-Wear Collection, simply select your size and add to cart. For Made-to-Measure pieces, we invite you to place an order with the Concierge or to make a private appointment in London, Paris, Venice or Milan. Remote appointments are available. The Concierge will assist you with booking an appointment or placing your order remotely.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. We offer free UPS Express worldwide shipping on all orders with all duties paid. This means no duty or extra costs will be need to be paid by the client in order to receive the order  All orders will be shipped delivered-duty-paid through UPS or DHL Express Worldwide from Italy or the United Kingdom.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to cancel an unworn purchase ordered in standard sizing and not customised within 14 days from the date on which you’ve received your product.

Any order which has been customised to the clients measurements or specifications cannot be returned. No return can be made after a garment has been altered to the client's measurements. No return can be made for garments which have been worn by the client.

Please note, items should not be returned to us without prior confirmation from our concierge team, who will notify you of your return order number.

Items returned to us without return order may not be refunded.

WHERE IS MY ORDER SHIPPED FROM?

All orders will be shipped from Italy or the United Kingdom. For international clients, your order will be shipped from the Atelier in Italy. For clients in the United Kingdom, your order will be shipped from London, UK.

CAN YOU CREATE A BESPOKE PIECE?

The Atelier offers a Bespoke Service to create something singular for a client upon request. The Atelier will collaborate with the client to create and bring to life a custom design.

WHAT IS MADE-TO-MEASURE?

Made-to-Measure is when a garment is crafted to your unique measurements and specifications. Your unique pattern will be cut by hand before a tailor crafts your custom piece.

Made-to-Measure designs including the Atelier's jackets are tailor-made upon order for the client. To uphold our high handcraftsmanship standards, tailors will typically take between 2-5 weeks to craft a made-to-measure piece. This varies by product type and is specified on the product page.

After a rigorous quality control process, we strive to deliver your garment to you as soon as we are satisfied. Throughout your garment’s journey, we will contact you with progress updates.

Made-to-Measure pieces are crafted to a client's unique measurements creating a custom size. Modifications to the design of the garment itself will be priced upon request.

The Ready-to-Wear Collection is true to size.

Made-to-Measure is custom-made to a client's unique measurements.

HOW DOES THE CONCIERGE WORK?

Our concierge service allows you to view the collections from the privacy of your own home or by appointment in London, Milan, Paris and Venice. Accompanied by an expert tailor, we will take your measurements to begin crafting your piece. The concierge will also arrange your fittings for made-to-measure pieces. This service is currently available in London, Milan, and Venice. If you are not available in one of these locations, the concierge can assist you remotely. WHERE CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

We will update you, through the email address you provided us, with any updates on your order’s progress. For any questions during this time please do not hesitate to email us at concierge@gallelloatelier.com.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

If you have since changed your mind about your order, you will have 24 hours to cancel this. To do so, please contact us. If you have any modifications to your order please email us at concierge@gallelloatelier.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
