FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To order a made to order item from from the Signature Collection, select the desired item(s) and the appropriate size/fabric and click "Place in Cart".

To order an item from the made to measure Special Editions Collection, select "Place in Cart" and the Concierge will contact you for your measurements. Your measurements can be taken in-person by one of the Atelier's tailors in London, Milan or Venice or remotely.

For existing made to measure clients, your measurements have been kept on file with the Tailoring team for future purchases.

Your Cart will appear on the right-hand side of the screen, and can be accessed elsewhere on the site by clicking the Shopping Bag icon in the top right-hand corner.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders, with no extra duty or costs upon delivery.  All orders will be shipped delivered-duty-paid through DHL Express.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to cancel your purchase and return purchased products within 14 days from the date on which you’ve received your product.

Please note, items should not be returned to us without prior confirmation from our concierge team, who will notify you of your return order number.

Items returned to us without return order may not be refunded.

WHERE IS MY ORDER SHIPPED FROM?

All orders will be shipped from Italy or the United Kingdom. For international clients, your order will be shipped from the Atelier in Italy. For clients in the United Kingdom, your order will be shipped from London, UK.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE MY GARMENT?

Each garment is tailor-made upon order for the client, meaning we do not hold any inventory. To uphold our high handcraftsmanship standards, tailors will typically take between 2-3 weeks to craft a made-to-order piece.

As made-to-measure pieces are made bespoke to a client's measurements, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.

After a rigorous quality control process, we strive to deliver your garment to you as soon as we are satisfied. Throughout your garment’s journey, we will contact you with progress updates.

HOW DOES YOUR SIZING WORK?

We recommend selecting your usual size, using our size guide for guidance on our measurements. If you are between sizes, take one size up as it allows for the tailoring of your garment. For Made-to-Measure pieces, after placing your order, we will reach out to you to take your measurements. Each garment is made with a 1.5 cm seam allowance for alterations now and overtime. 

We believe in the beauty of a well-tailored piece, which is why we also offer complimentary alterations with our Concierge in London, Milan and Venice.

HOW DOES THE CONCIERGE WORK?

Our concierge service allows you to view the collections from the privacy of your own home or other suitable location. Accompanied by an expert tailor, we can also take your measurements, so we can start crafting your piece. The concierge will also arrange your fittings for made-to-measure pieces. Complimentary tailoring is available with the concierge after you have received your made-to-order or made-to-measure garment. This service is currently available in London, Milan, and Venice. If you are not available in one of these locations, the concierge can assist you remotely. To enquire, please contact concierge@gallelloatelier.com.

WHAT IF I DON'T SEE MY SIZE?

The beauty of made-to-order is that we can craft our garments in any size. If you don’t see your size, then please contact concierge@gallelloatelier.com to have your piece made for you.

WHERE CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

We will update you, through the email address you provided us, with any updates on your order’s progress. For any questions during this time please do not hesitate to email us at concierge@gallelloatelier.com.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

If you have since changed your mind about your order, you will have 24 hours to cancel this. To do so, please contact us. If you have any modifications to your order please email us at concierge@gallelloatelier.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
