The Atelier Concierge is your direct line to the House for private appointment requests, product and service enquiries, Wardrobe Consultations, and remote commissions. Our team can guide you through silhouettes, sizing and fit, fabric options, and timelines, and coordinate orders or deliveries wherever you are. Whether visiting us in person or commissioning from afar, the Concierge ensures a discreet, informed, and considered experience.

The Atelier's Private Client Advisor would be delighted to assist you. The Concierge Service is available Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm GMT.
