For the Client of Mme G. Tsami

A Considered Wardrobe
Prepared for the client of Mme G. Tsami

The Atelier

Gallello Atelier is a private client couture house — a return to the art of dressing, when couture was commissioned for life and not simply for occasion. Each piece is tailored entirely by hand, drawing on the inherited techniques of couturier patternmaker Dominic Gallello, who cut patterns for Monsieur Christian Dior in the 1950s. The Atelier creates elegant wardrobing pieces in noble fibres — the foundation of a woman's wardrobe.

The Art of Dressing - A Considered Approach

For the client of G. Tsami

She dresses with a considered and discerning eye — classic in line, precise in taste, drawn to the finest craft and the most beautiful things. Her world moves between art, wellness and beauty, and her wardrobe reflects that same attention to what is made well and worn with intention. The Atelier has prepared a personal selection of summer and seasonless pieces with her in mind — each tailored entirely to her measurements through a private virtual appointment conducted with complete discretion.

Collections

The Atelier has made a considered selection — pieces in white and black, built around the conviction that neither requires explanation. Precise tailoring, fluid silk, two gowns for the moments that ask the most of what she wears.

Building Her Wardrobe

From the first commission, a complete record of her measurements, silhouette and preferences is held in the Atelier archives — a foundation from which every piece that follows is made. The following selection marks the beginning of that wardrobe.

Sofia Jacket & Chiara Skirt

The Atelier has selected the Sofia Jacket as the opening piece of the white wardrobe — cut by hand in Virgin Wool Crêpe from Lombardia, its softly revealing neckline and precisely constructed waist making it one of the house's most considered silhouettes. Paired with the Chiara Skirt in matching Virgin Wool Crêpe, the combination is entirely assured — a white suit of the kind that requires nothing added to it.

Anna Jacket & Giulia Skirt

The Anna Jacket in Cotton, Silk and Cashmere from Veneto — the softer act. Paired with the Giulia Skirt in Pearl Silk from Como, handcrafted by Francesca. A pairing for a woman who understands that restraint and warmth are not opposites.

The Clémence

The Clémence Set — a sharply cut shirt with an elongated neckline, softened through a hand-gathered waist that shapes the bodice with precision, worn with a full-length skirt in the same cloth. Composed in Silk Crepe de Chine to be worn together or apart, each piece carrying the line of the other.

Anaïs Gown

The Atelier has selected the Anaïs Gown as the closing piece of the entire selection — and its clearest statement of what the house believes couture to be. Hand-sewn by Armine in Slow Cady from Veneto, the bodice is formed entirely by hand, Silk Chiffon gathered and placed individually to the body, secured with strands of Akoya Pearls that cascade into a full yet weightless train. A hidden corset structure shapes and supports from within. The marriage of fine jewellery and couture in a single, considered form.

Carolina Jacket & Chiara Skirt

The Carolina Jacket is proposed in rich black Velvet from Lombardia, handcrafted by Lidia, and finished with a row of polished silver hooks that run the length of the front — a construction detail that is both functional and architectural. Paired with the Chiara Skirt in Silk Taffeta from Como, handcrafted by Armine, the pairing places two of the most considered textures in the collection in deliberate opposition. The velvet holds; the taffeta moves. A combination of exceptional distinction.

Annabella Jacket & Gina Miniskirt

The Atelier has selected the Annabella Jacket in Cotton Silk Sateen from Veneto — handcrafted by Lidia, its structured construction finished in a fabric that sits between the formality of Taffeta and the fluidity of Cady. The 18ct Gold Stud detail on the Gina Miniskirt echoes the fine jewellery language that runs through the black selection — a quiet but precise reference to the level of attention the Atelier brings to every detail. Together the two pieces carry the wardrobe into its more considered evening register.

Bella Jacket & Chiara Skirt

The Atelier has selected the Bella Jacket in Silk Cady from Veneto, handcrafted by Lidia, as one of the selection's defining pieces — paired with the Chiara Skirt in French Lace, handcrafted by Francesca. The jacket's clean, precise construction is placed in direct conversation with the lace skirt's handmade intricacy — the two fabrics, and the two ways of making, held together in a single silhouette. A combination that belongs to a private dinner, a cultural evening, a room that takes note of what enters it.

Gemma Midi Dres

The Atelier has selected the Gemma Dress in Silk from Veneto, handcrafted by Francesca, for the occasion that asks for a single piece rather than a composed ensemble. Its opera bow is the construction detail that defines it — a gesture at once formal and entirely personal. A dress that carries the evening without effort.

The House

The Atelier

The Atelier is based between Venice and Milan, specialising in couture tailoring and the preservation of traditional craft. Every element is executed by hand — from artisanal tailoring to embroidery, beadwork and corsetry, with traditional boning techniques. Never machine-led construction.

Our Couturier Heritage

Dominic Gallello was couturier patternmaker to Monsieur Christian Dior and Yves Saint Laurent. His techniques, his devotion to craft, and the pieces he left as heirlooms to his granddaughter Stacey Gallello are the foundation of everything the Atelier creates today. The house exists to preserve that integrity — and to bring it forward.
