The House

Private Client Couture House

A return to the 1950s couture atelier — an era when dressing was considered, curated and composed. When a woman did not buy clothes, she commissioned a wardrobe.

Gallello Atelier was founded in that spirit — built on the traditions of couturier and patternmaker Dominic Gallello, whose devotion to the art of dressing is the foundation of everything the house creates. Each piece is commissioned and tailored to order, shaped to the client's measurements, silhouette and life.

For the woman who has everything, the Atelier offers the one thing the great houses cannot: something made entirely for her.

Building Her Wardrobe

The Atelier

The Atelier is based between Venice and Milan, specialising in couture tailoring and the preservation of traditional craft. Every element is executed by hand — from artisanal tailoring to embroidery, beadwork and corsetry, with traditional boning techniques. Never machine-led construction.

Our Couturier Heritage

Dominic Gallello was couturier patternmaker to Monsieur Christian Dior and Yves Saint Laurent. His techniques, his devotion to craft, and the pieces he left as heirlooms to his granddaughter Stacey Gallello are the foundation of everything the Atelier creates today. The house exists to preserve that integrity — and to bring it forward.
